This week I present you with a recipe from Kraft Foods which has been designed for quick and easy preparation. Just think -- a complete meal ready in only 15 minutes!! This means you'll have more time to relax, more time to spend with your loved ones, more time to do things you WANT to do, instead of things you HAVE to do. And of course, this also means you'll have more time to spend listening to the fabulous Patsy Cline!
You'll Need:
HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet.ADD soup and water to skillet; stir. Bring to boil.STIR in MINUTE Rice. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
To complete the main course, why not open a bag of prepared salad greens. What could be simpler ?
