"I'll Take Back My Heart" Tangy Low Cholesterol Flounder
SOW for the week of 1/23 - " Foolin' Round "
ROW: "I'll Take Back My Heart" Tangy Low Cholesterol Flounder

1 lb. of flounder fillet
1 Tbs. Canola oil
1/3 Cup of fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. freshly grated onions
A pinch of fresh parsley

Place fillets in a single layer in an ungreased baking dish. Mix the oil, lemon juice, onions and parsley in a small bowl and then pour over the fish. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Serve with steamed vegetables
