Here's another terrific recipe that is one of Bill's favorites!

Georgia Low Country Boil

William L. Cox, TN

Fill a large pot "Big, Whopper" 1/3 with water. Bring to boil

Add:
1 bottle of Zatarain Crab Oil for each 10 people
1 tblsp. of Old Bay spice per each pound of Shrimp

* Polska Kielbasa, cut into 3" lengths, 1/4 lb. per person, Bring To Boil
* Medium Sized whole Red Potatoes (washed), 1 per person, Bring To Boil
* Medium Sized peeled Onions, 1 per person, Bring To Boil
* Crabs (optional), 1 - 3 per person, Bring To Boil
* 3" ears of Corn, 1 per person, Bring To Boil + 7 minutes
* Shrimp (41-50 Count Bag), 1/4 lb. per person, Bring To Boil (2 min. Max)
Timing Is Very Important!

Drain and Serve.

Cocktail Sauce:

  • 60.6 oz Bottle of Catsup 6 oz. Horseradish
  • 6 oz. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3 tblsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tblsp. Garlic
  • 3 tblsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. White Pepper
  • Sugar & Salt (If you insist) proportion to your taste.
