This heavenly recipe was sent to me by Lisa, The Homesick Texan of Patsified! for your enjoyment. I am confident that after your guests are served this delectable dessert, they'll be and look, so satisfied!
6oz pkg semi-sweet choc chips
3 tablespoons water
7 beaten egg yolks
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
7 beaten egg whites
1 pint whipping cream, whipped
1 angel food cake
hot fudge sauce for topping
Directions: Melt chips, stir in water. Cool slightly. Add beaten egg yolks
and coffee powder. Fold in beaten egg whites. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon
evenly over broken angel food cake cubes in 13x9x2 pan or 3-quart dish.
Freeze at least 12 hours. Spoon frozen mousse/cake into individual dessert
dishes, spoon hot fudge sauce over it... delicious!
