Granny Margie's Chicken Dumplings

Mark said, "This is just so yummy it's a meal in itself."

1 whole chicken
1 10 count can of biscuits
1 stick of butter
salt and pepper to taste

Cook chicken in a pressure cooker (follow the specifications for your pressure cooker, of course you could cook this any way you want, but Mark's Granny makes it in a pressure cooker). So, cook chicken however you want, just make sure you put the stick of butter in with it while it's cooking!

Remove the chicken and allow to cool. De-bone and place chicken in a stock pot with remaining broth. Tear biscuits into quarters and add to chicken. Cook on high heat while adding the biscuits, then cover and reduce the heat. Cook until the dough puffs up or rises in the broth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
