Sadly, this final studio song brings us to the last formal Song of the Week/Recipe of the Week collaboration between Patsified! and SueBee's Kitchen. Two years ago when I first started presenting THE PATSY RECIPE OF THE WEEK I couldn't imagine that I would be able to present a recipe for each and every song, but I have. It has been an incredible experience for me and I hope you've enjoyed it as much as I have. So, will this be the end of Patsy Recipes ? Not quite. Although I will not be presenting these recipes on a weekly basis, I will from time to time continue to present recipes based on remaining Patsy Cline recordings, including her live performances and radio transcriptions.

CHICKEN PATE
Combine chicken (which has been finely chopped), Cream Cheese, onion, sherry, mayonnaise, lemon juice, hot sauce, and nutmeg in container of electric blender or a food processor; process until smooth. Transfer mixture to a 2 cup mold coated with cooking spray (Pam). Cover, and chill overnight. Unmold onto a serving plate. Sprinkle with paprika. Garnish with fresh parsley sprigs. Serve with melba toast or other assorted crackers.
