2. Peel, pit, and cut into eighths:
3 or 4 large peaches (you may use equivalent of canned--rinsed and drained)

unbaked 9" pastry pie shell

7. Reduce heat to 350 degrees (F) and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until cream is set.
