PESTO AND SPAGHETTI

2 cups of fresh basil
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
3 cloves or garlic
1 tbsp. Romano cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 package thin spaghetti
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tbs. margarine

Chop garlic in food processor adding basil and salt. Process. Add olive oil and process until smooth
Prepare pasta as directed - reserving a small amount of pasta water
Mix margarine into pesto mixture and blend well with fork
Blend in the cheese
Mix the pasta and the pesto mixture together, adding a small amount of pasta water if needed
