Ring Tum Diddy

Meade sent this personal message along with the recipe. " It's an ole family recipe called Ring Tum Diddy. It's actually very popular in my native Virginia, and I know the late Patsy Cline would love it."

You need:
• -2 large onions
• -6 bars of EXTRA SHARP CHEDDAR or BLACK RHINE Cheese
• -1 can of tomato soup
• -1 can of tomato paste
• -Worchestershire sauce
• -1 can of beer
• -1 box of Saltine crackers
• 
  

  DIRECTIONS: Chop up onions. Slice cheese into thin slices. Put contents into pot and set stove on medium high. Add tomato paste and tomato soup. Add 1 tsp of Worchestershire sauce, add 1 tbsp of beer (for coloring) Stir frequently, Let contents come to a semi-boil (about 15 min.) Pour over crackers and serve. Rice can be substituted for the crackers as it is good also.
