Wrap a piece of uncooked bacon around each scallop, using a toothpick to secure. Place the wrapped scallops on a cookie sheet and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze the scallops. When ready to serve, remove scallops from freezer, remove the plastic wrap and allow to defrost for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, pre-heat oven to 375. Place the scallops in the oven and bake for approximately 10-15 minutes, or until bacon is to desired crispness. Serve immediately.
