Ole`! Let's head down to lovely Mexico for this one, shall we ? I have friends who look forward to visiting Mexico every year on their vacation, and although I've never been, I certainly do enjoy Mexican cuisine. I just fell in love with this Spanish Rice recipe I present you with today. It makes for a wonderful side~dish, and left~overs can be served again " Manana ". Spanish Rice
Serves: 4 to 6
Fry rice in bacon grease until browned; add onion and garlic and saute with rice 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer approximately 20 minutes until tender.
