Sorry for the delay in posting the Recipe of the Week, but this Patsifan was able to get out of the kitchen for one glorious week. Now that I am back, the heat is more than I can stand. Although this drink is supposed to be served " hot ", I think it'll make a nice alternative to traditional iced tea if cooled.
