Heat the margarine at MED-LOW for about 2 minutes in a microwave safe casserole dish( 3 qts.). Once melted, stir in the salt, pepper and the flour. Add broth and half and half gradually and stir until smooth. Cook at MEDIUM about 7 minutes, stir 2-3 times during this time ~ sauce should become thickened, but if not, continue cooking at 1 minutes intervals until thickened. Stir in the cooked turkey, cooked spaghetti, mushrooms and sherry. Cover with plastic wrap and cook for another 14 minutes at MEDIUM stirring twice. Sprinkle the cheese and paprika and then re-cover and allow to STAND for 5 minutes. SERVE.
