And now for a special treat, a recipe from the Triangle Diner in Patsy's hometown of Winchester, Va.

This dessert is occasionally featured at the Triangle Diner. The recipe yields three 12x10 pans of dessert, and it was provided courtesy of assistant manager Joseph Wysopal, and brought to my attention by Bernard Green of UK. Thank you Bernard.

The apple pie filling may be substituted with any other fruit filling.

Triangle Yum Yum

Ingredients:
16 ounces of cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
32 ounces of Cool Whip
3 cups of graham crackers crumbled
1/2 cup butter
six 21-ounce cans of apple pie filling

1. Mix the butter and crumbled graham crackers together. Layer them into the bottom of the pan. 2. Put a layer of pie filling on top of that. 3. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and Cool Whip. Layer on top of the pie filling. 4. Sprinkle some more graham cracker crumbs on top to garnish. 5. Refrigerate and enjoy. No baking is necessary. 1
