Now that the colder weather is upon us, there's nothing like a nice stew to warm and satisfy our hunger. I find that " I am really strong for " stew, and " I know that someday, you'll want" to try this recipe. This stew is an elegant variation made with red wine, and calls for mushrooms instead of potatoes. It is also baked in the oven, casserole style. Although

YOU'LL NEED:
Blend the soy sauce with flour in 3 qt. baking dish.
Cut the meat into smaller cubes if desired,and then add to sauce mixture. Cut the carrots into chunks, slice the onions, and add along with celery,garlic,pepper,All Spice, majoram, thyme ,and red wine;add to meat.
Simmer in oven for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Then add mushrooms and bake 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
