Pedro's Favorite Recipies!

Pedro Collins:

1 OZ. Bacardi Limon

1 OZ. Sweet & Sour

5 OZ. 7-Up
-
Fill tall collins glass with ice then pour in the ingredients. Granish
with a Lemon.
B-52:

(note: Layer in a shot glass!)

1 OZ. Kahlua
-
1 OZ. Bailey's
-
1 OZ. Grand Marnier
-
Shoot 'em!
-
(Bartender's trick, first pour in the Kahlua, then the Grand Marnier,
then
the Bailey's!)
Dr. Pepper:

1 Shot Glass Amaretto
-
Float Bacardi 151 on top of amaretto
(just enough to flame, definitely optional, not to be used if you are passed
"Buzzed" - if you gotta ask if you are passed buzzed, then you are!)

Beer mug filled 3/4 full with your choice of beer.

Flame amaretto shot (again, only if you're not buzzed), gently
drop
into beer mug...

Stoli Shot:

Take a bottle of Stolichnaya and
place in freezer for at least 24 hours.

Take out, grab a shot glass, pour syrupy Stoli in and consume!

Ok, ok, this isn't a drink per se, but it sure makes for one hell of a
night!
