Here's a excellent macaroni salad. Joanne likes to put frozen peas in it(thawed). When draining the cooked macaroni, I would suggest running cold water over it and drain, but not thoroughly as some liquid is needed in the dressing.
DRESSING MIXTURE 1/2cup Miracle Whip 1cup Hellman's Mayo 2Tbls Prepared Mustard 3Tbls Sugar 1tsp Onion Salt 1/2tsp Pepper 1/2cup Sour Cream
SALAD 2Tbls Dry Minced Onions 2/3cup Celery - Chopped 2/3cup Sweet midget Pickles - Chopped --Do not use relish 2Tbls Pimento - Chopped or 1/2 small Tomato - seeded and Chopped 8cups Elbow Macaroni - Cooked and Drained
1. Combine dressing ingredients and set aside.
2. Make sure that macaroni is cooled and combine remaining ingredients
in large bowl.
3. Coat well with the dressing
4. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Overnight is best
