Potatoe Casserole

10 cups Hash Brown Potatoes
1/4 cup + 2Tbls Butter
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
12oz. sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup green onions
2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Crushed Corn Flakes
           CONVENTIONAL OVEN:
  • Pre-Heat oven to 375°. Pour 1/4 Cup melted butter into 9 x 13 baking dish
  • Add 5 Cups frozen Hash Browns.
  • Mix soup, sour cream, milk, and green onions in separate bowl.
  • Pour 1/2 mixture over hash browns.
  • Sprinkle 1 Cup grated cheese on top.
  • Add remainder of hash browns and mixture on top.
  • Sprinkle on remaining cheese, then cover with crushed corn flakes.
  • Drizzle 2 Tbls melted butter on top.
  • Bake for 55 minutes.

        

           MICROWAVE:

  • Mix ingredients as shown above.
  • Cook 16 - 20 minutes, turning dish 1/4 turn four times during cooking
