Dinner in a Pumpkin
Fry 2 lbs ground beef with 1 chopped onion and 1 tin mushrooms
Discard fat. Mix in 1 tin cream of chicken soup, 1 tin sliced water chestnuts, 1 and 1/2 cups cooked rice, 2 tbsp soya sauce and 2 tbsp brown sugar.
Slice top from pumpkin and remove seeds. Fill pumpkin with mixture. Replace top and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Put pumpkin on a plate and serve.
Scoop pumpkin out as your vegetable.
