This squash is cylindrical and light green in color. It has white meat with
small seeds.

It can be eaten raw, or sliced thinly for stirfry or baked whole.

Chana Dal Purée with Tender Bottle Gourd Cubes

Pork or Chicken, cut in serving pieces
1 Opo Squash
2-3 handfuls of Grean Beans
6 roma Tomatoes or 3-4 regular tomatoes
1/4 pound mushrooms, chucky or thick slices
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp patis (fish sauce)
1/4 c water
Brown pork or chicken. Add everything else and simmer til meat is
tender and veggies are cooked.
