We're off to Florida with a 1 year old. Will he tolerate the long car ride? Of course he will! We split our drive up into two days. We left Friday after work and drive from Columbus to Athens, AL. Saturday we drove on down to Destin. Including stops for meals both days were about 6 hours in the car.

Yeah! Are we going to the store? This sure seems like a long drive. Where are we going?

This is a cool toy. That nice lady at McDonalds gave it to me in a funny box with my food.

Dad provides entertainment on the long trip through Alabama. I was tickling his legs with the bunny and pulling it away before he could grab it.

I'm getting sleepy. Me and my bunny are going to take a nap.

Palm trees ... we must be in Florida. The beach can't be far now!
