DIRECTIONS

  1. Put butter in a 9 inch pie dish. Microwave 30-45 seconds, until melted.
  2. Stir in crumbs. Press over bottom and sidesof dish. Microwave 2-3 minutes, until set.
  3. Put cream cheese in a large glass mixing bowl. microwave on LOW (30%) power 30-45 seconds, until softened. Beat in sugar and egg until smooth. Stir in lemon juice. Pour mixture into cooled crust.
  4. Microwave 2-3 minutes until set around edges. Turn dish a half turn halfway through cooking.
  5. Mix together sour cream and sugar. Spread over cheesecake. Microwave 1-1 1/2 minutes, until topping is heated through.
  6. Cool. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
