Cranberry Sauce

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

Combine the ingredients in a 2-quart casserole. Cover with wax paper and microwave 4-7 minutes, until the berries have popped, stirring every 2 minutes. Serve hot or cold.

VARIATIONS:
Orange-Cranberry Sauce: Substitute 1/4 cup orange juice for the water. Add 1 tablespoon grated orange rind.

Pineapple-Cranberry Sause: Substitute 1/4 cup pineapple juice for the water. Stir in 1/2 cup drained, crushed pineapple at the end of cooking time.
