Eggs with Chili

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Remove seeds from tomatoes and chop finely.
  2. in a medium size microwave safe dish, mix tomatoes and chili powder. Micowave 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in eggs. Micorwave 2 minutes. Stir gently, moving outer edges to center. Microwave 2 minutes.
  4. Stir again, moving cooked outer edges to center. If eggs are not completely set, microwave another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Eggs should be slightly moist.
