Irish Coffee

INGREDIENTS

• 3 T (1 jigger) Irish Whiskey (or Irish Mist liquer)
• 3/4 C water
• 1 T instant coffee
• 1 T sugar
• whipped cream

DIRECTIONS

1. Pour Irish Whiskey into a mug or coffee cup. Add water. Stir in coffee and sugar.
2. Microwave 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until steaming. Stir to dissolve sugar.
3. Top with whipped cream.
