Irish Coffee
INGREDIENTS
- 3 T (1 jigger) Irish Whiskey (or Irish Mist liquer)
- 3/4 C water
- 1 T instant coffee
- 1 T sugar
- whipped cream
DIRECTIONS
- Pour Irish Whiskey into a mug or coffee cup. Add water. Stir in coffee and sugar.
- Microwave 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until steaming. Stir to dissolve sugar.
- Top with whipped cream.
