October Project--Links
October Project
The first song I heard by October Project was "Bury My Lovely." It was on a tape that a friend of mine had given another friend for her birthday, and we were listening to it in the car. I think I bought the tape of their first album a couple of days later, without having heard any of their other songs. Well, it was definitely worth it. Unfortunately, October Project is no longer together; they only recorded two albums, and then the band members went their separate ways. However, I hear that two of the members are trying to start another band... I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
Update (October 1999): The new version of October Project, with core members Julie Flanders and Emil Adler and several new faces, including lead singer Mary Anne Marino, has finally put together a demo CD and have started booking tour dates! The new version of the band is called November Project.
