.39 Pub

Jamies Pub Gannett Ave. North Scituate, MA.
This is the flagship restaurant of the Scratch and Sniff Club and the 39 users group. I, personally have been going to this restaurant since 1976 and have never been disapointed. The food is good, plentiful, and very reasonably priced. The menu is varied and every night at five PM there are specials available. This is a popular and small restaurant so get there by 5:30 PM or be prepared to wait for a table but usually no more than one half hour. Prices range from $7 to $13

OutBack Steak House Hanover Mall. Hanover, MA. This is a new addition to the Hanover Mall and it is one of many Outback Steakhouses located throughout the country. This is a large steak house chain and the menu is the same as the others. This is a popular restaurant and the wait has been known to be sometimes two hours. The food is good, however, but many of the dishes are laced with too much spices, in this authors opinion. The prime rib does not have spices and is good. The price range is from $10 to $16.

Pier 44 Scituate Harbor Scituate, MA.
This is a good family restaurant with an excellant view of Scituate Harbor. The menu is varied and specials are served. On Sundays they have a all you eat breakfast brunch till 2:00 PM. This is $11.95 and the choice is excellant. Scrambled eggs, omlletes made to order, sausage, bacon, homefries, ham, roast beef, salad, muffins, and seafood dishes are just some of the treats.
