From technical architecture of applications and reusable “framework” components, through team mentoring and scheduling, design and implementation of release and maintenance procedures, to coding, testing and support of applications.

Design and development of Object Orientated developer framework for 32bit Client Server & N-tier web enabled application development inVB6.
This included design and building of object oriented framework libraries covering data access, user interface and general services. These developer libraries were written with an emphasis on ease of use, consistent look and feel, code reuse, and above all ease of application maintenance. This project also involved the development of several utility applications (security/audit/menus etc.)

Design and development of Java front-end for existing host based applications. This project allowed organizations to expose their existing host based McKeown applications to corporate intranets, extranets and to the internet. Java was chosen both to give these host-based applications a GUI "face-lift" and to deal with the necessary integration between web browser, web server and application server.
