"Freddy's Old Sock Brew" | A classic India Pale Ale featuring Maris Otter Pale Ale Malt, English and Belgium specialty grains and finished East Kent Goldings Hops |
"Bootleg Anna" | Named after our Brewmaster's Great-Grandmother, Anna, who brewed and bottled beer during Prohibition, this Pale Ale is not a family recipe and probably doesn't even come close to what she made, but naming a beer after her is a nice tribute, don't you agree? |
"Bernardsville Red Hed" | Despite this E.S.B. style being called bitter, this medium-bodied ale is actually quite malty, brewed with Maris Otter Pale Ale Malt and English Belgium specialty malts. A very drinkable seasonable beer. |
Stone Tavern "Golden" Ale | This ale is the lightest bodied brew we make here. Rather than being a substitute for cheaply made light American corn/rice beer, it is made as an all barley malt brew. It is intended as a refreshing light microbrew and/or one's introduction to microbrewed beer. |

Hefeweizen | A classic German wheat beer which is noted by its thick, cloudy yellow color and refreshing taste. It is often served with lemon during the spring and summer. |
Dunkelweizen | [...] |
Porter | A complex, dark beer brewed with ten domestic, English and Belgium malts and a blend of four hops. |
Wild Irish Stout | Brewed in the tradition of a true Irish Stout, this Ale is brewed with roasted barley, unmalted wheat and crystal malt. This beer is sweet with a dry finish. |
Fest | Originally introduced as our Autumn Fest, we continue to make this beer year round due to its popularity. Fest is made from german malts and Czech hops in the style of Oktoberfest beer. Fest is a smooth malty beer with a spicy hop character. |
Scotch Ale | This ale has its roots in the Scottish brewing tradition and is a favorite among microbrew fans. It uses a small amount peated malt to impart a Scotch Whiskey flavor (incidently, scotch is distilled ale). This is a stronger ale with smokey accents. |
Winter Ale | This brew is closely related to our Fest beer in that the ingredients are similar with the addition of the darker malts where roasted flavors are emphasized. |
Nut Brown | This ale is also malty in texture and is somewhere between an ESB and Porter in character. Nuts are not an ingredient of this beer. |
