PAISLEY SCRAMBLED EGGS...


First, go next door and borrow some eggs .....





BAKED STUFFED CHICKEN


6-7 lb. chicken
1 cup melted butter
1 cup stuffing
1 cup uncooked popcorn salt/pepper to taste
Follow directions carefully. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brush chicken well with melted butter, salt and pepper.
Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn.
Place in baking pan with the neck end toward the back of the oven.
Listen for popping sounds.
When the chicken's ass blows the oven door open and the chicken flies across the room, it is done.






SHORTBREAD MELTS

3 cups of flour
1/2 cup of corn starch
1 cup of icing sugar
1lb of butter

Cream (beat) butter and add sugar and continue to beat until fluffy.
Gradually add flour and cornstarch sifted together.
Whip, with electric mixer, until fluffy and it "breaks" ( approx 15 mins ).
This is key to making the shortbread melt in your mouth !!!!!
Drop from tablespoon onto UNgreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300 F until light brown ( 20-25 mins)
Freeze ( hide) them until ready to serve.
