Cucumber Raita

  7 fl oz natural yogurt
   5 inch cucumber, grated
   1 fresh green chilli, seeded (optional)
   1 tsp ground black pepper
   1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped
 

Finely chop the green chilli.
Beat the yogurt gently with a fork until creamy.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Chill before serving.
