Prawns Lazeez

Ingredients.

4 Tiger Prawns
1 teaspoon - Finely chopped Fresh Ginger
¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ teaspoon Chilli Powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Vegetable Stock
2 Spring Onions - Sliced length wise
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil

1.Heat oil on medium flame.
2.Add ginger and stir.
3.Add vegetable stock, prawns, garlic powder, chilli powder and salt.
4.Stir fry on medium heat.
5.Add spring onions when only a little juice remains in the pan.
6.Place lid for 30 seconds.
Serve with saffron rice.
