Sage & Onion Stuffing
225g (8oz) onions
5ml (1 tsp) dried sage
100g (4oz) breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
Serves 4-6
1 Peel onions and slice thickly.
2 Boil in salted water for about 15 minutes.
3 Drain, chop, and add sage, breadcrumbs and seasoning.
4 Use for pork, duck or goose.
5 To cook separately place in a dish and cook in 400°F oven 35-45 mins
