1 Sheet Pepperidge Farm Frozen Puff Pastry
1 pkg ( 4 oz ) instant chocolate pudding
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Thaw pastry 20 mins.
Preheat oven to 400 F.

On a lightly floured board cut pastry into 4 strips, each 2 1/2" wide.
Cut each strip crosswise into thirds.
Bake on an ungreased baking sheet for 12-15 mins.
Prepare pudding according to package directions, substituting sour cream for half the milk.
Cut pastry rectangles in half, making a top and bottom.
Generously spoon pudding on bottom half, and top with the other half.
Blend sugar and milk. Spread on top and drizzle with chocolate.

Makes 12 servings.
