Whipped Cream Frosting

Lighter than Air Whipped Cream Frosting


Designed for chocolate can be made without it

Ingredients

  1. Combine chocolate and butter in small saucepan.
  2. Place over low heat until melted, storring frequently/high
  3. Remove from heat
  4. Combine sugar cream and vanilla in medium sized bowl
  5. Stir until smooth
  6. Add chocolate and butter
  7. Set bowl in a pan of ice and beat with wooden spoon until frosting is thickened
(You can add chocoalte chips to this if so desired.
