Grilled/Marinaded Salmon
Hi!
This makes an easy and delicious meal for the grill. Fast too. Serve with rice!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 LB SALMON Fillets
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar (cider can be used)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp pepper (fresh ground if available)
- 1TSP water
- Mix all ingredients except the salmon fillets
- Put fillets in shallow pan or bowl
- Pour marinade over fillets, cover and refridgerate for 30 minutes.
- prepare grill as normal
- oil the grill (brush with oil or spray on pam before placing on grill (fillets tend to stick)
- Grill fillets 6 min per side. For steaks 15 minutes per side.
- Take care turning, they stick! Use a heavy metal spatula
- Brush often with left-over marinade
