Elaura's Easy Taco Bake

(VERY EASY & DELICIOUS)

This is very easy and is a great meal for the whole family. Serve with Mexican rice, lettuce, salsa, sour cream...

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
  
• 1 pkg taco seasoning
  
• 1 tsp cumin
  
• 1 med onion (finely diced)
  
• 1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
  
• 1 tsp black pepper
  
• 1 tsp white pepper
  
• 1 cup shredded cheese(or thinly sliced Velveeta
  

  The Topping
  

• 2 eggs
  
• 1 cup milk
  
• 1/2 cup Bisquick
  

1. Preheat oven to 400
   
2. On stove, heat pan to medium; add beef and onion
   
3. Add all the seasonings when beef is cooked about 1/2 way.
   
4. While this is cooking mix the topping ingredients together in a med bowl
   
5. When seasoned beef is cooked but still moist, drain the fat (not ALL of it)
   
6. Spread beef in the bottom of a medium casserole dish or large pie pan.
   
7. Top with cheese
   
8. Pour topping mixture evenly over the beef and cheese
   
9. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes
   
10. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, sour cream,...
