Ingredients:
Crab Salad

Salad Ingredients:
> 1 Cooked Crab, cold (you can use canned if you wish)
> 1 head Leaf Lettuce, shredded
> 2 Hard-boiled Eggs, 1 sliced and 1 chopped
> 1 Tbs. chopped green onion (just the green part)
Dressing Ingredients:
> 1 cup Mayonnaise
> 1/4 cup White Wine and Tarragon Salad Dressing
> 1/4 cup Chili Sauce
> 2 Tbs. chopped green onion (just the green part)
> 1 tsp. Horseradish
> 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
> Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper to taste
> (Feel free to substitute based on availability and personal taste)

Allow for about half a good-sized cooked crab per serving.
> Flake the meat in as large pieces as possible,
> making sure to remove all the bits of shell and cartilage.
> > Prepare the salad dressing by mixing together the
> mayonnaise, white wine and tarragon salad dressings, chili
> sauce, chives, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and salt
and pepper.
> > Using a container with a well-sealed cover, shake
> the ingredients to blend. Refrigerate until you're ready to
serve the salad.
> Then, starting with a bed of shredded lettuce on
> each plate, place half the cooked crab meat in a mound in the
> center of the lettuce. Arrange a ring of chopped hard-boiled
> egg around the mound of crab meat. Top with a few slices of
the hard-boiled egg and a sprinkling of about one-half tablespoon of chives.
> > Serve the dressing on the side so each person can pour as
> much - or as little - as they desire on this delicious salad.
