Dip Dip Eggs


Dip Dip Eggs (a fast, easy and delicious recipe!)



Ingredients:
> Bread
> Eggs
> Butter
> Salt and pepper

Preheat a non-stick skillet on medium heat. (non-stick works great so flipping is easier)

Butter a slice of bread, make sure you go all the way to the edges. Using a bisquit cutter or the drinking end of a drinking glass cut out a circle in the middle of the buttered bread. (save the circle) place the bread, buttered side down, in the skillet. Place the cirle beside the bread. Crack an egg an let gently drop into the hole in the bread. Salt and pepper it. (while this is cooking a bit, get another slice ready to go) Once the bottom has set, turn the egg/toast over gently. Flip the circle as well. let them cook just a little bit and serve...
