Tater Tot Casserole!!!


Don't Be Misled just because it is a tater tot casserole,...
THIS IS AWESOME!!! (a fast, easy and delicious recipe!)



Ingredients:
> 5 cups tater tots (more or less)
> 1 1/2 cups frozen peas - thawed (frozen is ok too)
> 1 can cream of mushroom soup
> 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
> 1/8 tsp black pepper (you can also add 1/8 tsp white pepper if you have on hand)
> 1 pkg Eckrich smoked sausage
> 2/3 cup milk
> 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Preheat oven to 400

Place tater tots on bottom and up the sides of the casserole dish (build a wall) Bake uncovered 25 minutes at 400 degrees.

Cut up sausage into slices or chunks. Put on top of tater tots. Then top with peas.
Mix together soup, milk, spices and most of the cheese. Pour over top of meat and peas.
Bake uncovered 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
Top with remaining cheese
Bake anothe 5 minutes to melt the cheese...
I cooked this the first time with low fat Eckrich and low fat mushroom soup and it was AWESOME!!! (Oh yeah and low fat milk too) (and PLEASE use Eckrich brand)
