Quick and Easy Chicken Cordon Blue


Fast and delicious

Serve with wild rice or new potatoes and fresh steamed green beans. Simply Great!

Ingredients

  1. Pound Chicken until flat
  2. Lightly salt/pepper both sides of chicken
  3. on each breast put a slice or two of ham and a slice of cheese
  4. fold in 1/2 and use toothpick to keep it all together
  5. Heat butter in skillet on medium heat
  6. Cook chicken on both sides until it turns a golden brown
  7. On last phase of frying, melt a little more cheese on top sprinkled with just a touch of parsley.(makes it look great!)
  8. Serve on top of a bed of rice (wild or white)
  9. The vegetable that accompanies should be very colorful, fresh steamed green beans are great!
