1 1/2 c. cooked pork tenderloin
3 lg. garlic cloves (roasted)
1 med. zucchini
1/2 c. onions (chopped)
2 tbls. corn oil
1 2/3 c. spiced apple wine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 tbls. corn starch or flour
Directions :
Use leftover pork tenderloin. Chop into bite size
pieces. Place in med. bowl & set aside. Roast the
garlic in an UNOILED fry pan on high heat. When the
garlic blackens remove from pan. Let cool. Then dice.
Add to pork & set aside. Strip your zucchini. To lg.
heated frying pan add oil. Add pork, onions, salt &
garlic. Stir. Add wine & zucchini strips. Simmer for 15
min. Stir. Remove from pan & serve.
