BBQ Short Ribs
Ingredients :
2 pks. short ribs
3 cans beer
3 bay leafs
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tbls. champagne wine vinegar
6 c. water
barbaque sauce
Directions :
I use 2 dutch oven pots for this. Double this recipe for
each pot. Cook ribs on med high heat for 1 1/2 hrs. When
liquid disappears you can add more beer or water or both.
The ribs will be so tender the bones will come off the ribs.
Place aluminum foil on your bbq grill. Add meat on top of
foil. Add bbq sauce to the ribs. (add alot of sauce) Cook
for only 5 min. Serve.

beef & pork ribs.
