Beef & Rice Cassarole
Beef & Rice Cassarole

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1 tbls. dried parsley
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. heavy cream
1 c. minute rice
1 tbls. beef granules
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. black pepper
dash of salt
1 tbls. butter or margarine
1 c. water
Directions:

Brown the ground beef in lg. frying pan. Add pepper, cumin, soup,
and parsley. Mix well. Brown for 5 min. on med. heat. To a
measuring cup add 1 cup water with the beef granules. Add to meat
mixture. Stir. In small pot boil 1 cup water. Add dash of salt and
butter or margarine. When water comes to a boil add rice. Put lid on
pot and turn off heat. When rice is done add to meat in frying pan.
Add heavy cream and mix well. Add to a cassarole dish
Bake at 375 for 25 min.
