CHICKEN CACCIATORE

Ingredience :

1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 c. onions (chopped)
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. garlic season all
1/2 c. dried or fresh minced garlic
1 c. burgundy wine
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 2 lb. 3 oz. can italian tomatoes with basil
2 15 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 tbls. dried or fresh sweet basil (dice the fresh)
2 lg. bay leaves
water
dash salt
spaghetti

Directions :

wash & remove any fat from chicken. Cube chicken. Set aside.
Chop onions & set aside. Remove tomatoes, juice & basil from
can. Dice tomatoes. To lg. heated frying pan add oil & garlic
season all. Be sure to sprinkle season all over entire bottom
of pan. Add chicken & lightly brown. Add wine & cook on med.
high heat for 5 min. Stir often. Add onions, tomatoes with the
juice & basil, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, sweet basil, garlic.
Stir. Simmer 1 hr. Stir often.
To lg. pot add water, dash salt. Let water come to a boil. Add
spaghetti & cook according to pkg.

**I serve my spaghetti seperate from my chicken.
