CHICKEN TETRAZZINI WITH SPAGHETTI


Ingredience :

1 lb. chicken breasts or tenders (cubed)
1 c. onions (chopped)
2 10 3/4 oz. cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. red wine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 tbls. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbls. dried parsley flakes
1 8 oz. bag shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. grated parmesean / romano cheese
water
dash salt
1/2 box spaghetti

Directions :

Wash chicken & remove any fat & sinew from chicken.
Cube chicken & place in bowl. Set aside. Chop onions
Add to chicken. Set aside. To lg. heated frying pan
add oil. Add chicken, onions, salt & pepper. Mix well
Cook on med heat until lightly browned. Add wine, soup
parsley, and both cheeses. Mix througherly. Simmer for
1 hr. Stir often.
To lg. pot add water & dash salt. Let water come to a
boil. Add spaghetti. Cook according to pkg. Drain pasta.
Serve. **I like to serve my spaghetti seperate from
the chicken
