1 lb. chicken breasts or tenders
1 c. onions (chopped)
1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. garlic season all
4 tbls. corn oil
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. light cream
1/2 c. water
dash salt
italian bread crumbs
Directions :
Pre-heat oven to 400
Wash chicken & remove any fat or sinew. Chop & set aside.
To med. pot add 1/2 c. water, dash salt. Let it come to a
boil. Add broccoli. Cook for 5-10 min. To lg. heated
frying pan add oil. Add chicken. Sprinkle chicken with season
all evenly. Cook until lightly brown. Remove from pan & add
to baking dish. Add brocolli, onions, soup & cream. Mix well.
Top with bread crumbs. Bake for 45 min. Serve.
