Easy Lasagna
Ingredients :
1 16 oz box hamburger helper lasagna
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dried minced onion
2 tsp. salt
2 lg. eggs (beaten)
2/3 c. milk
3 tbls. dried parsley
1/3 c. grated parmesan/romano cheese
6 1/2 c. water
cooking spray
Directions : Preheat oven to 400
To med. size pot add 5 c.water & 1 tsp. salt. Bring to
a boil. Add the noodles from the pkg. Cook for 6 min.
While noodles are cooking, heat lg. frying pan. Add beef
& brown meat. Add garlic. Mix well. Add 1 1/2 c. hot water
& sauce packet from pkg. Mix well.Drain noodles and add to
pan Let cook for 3 min.In med size bowl, add milk, eggs,
parsley & 3 tbls. cheese. Mix througherly. Add to meat
mixture. Mix well. To baking dish spray cooking spray. Add
meat/noodle mixture to dish. Top with remaining cheese &
bake 45 min.
