Fillet Mignon w/Red Wine Gravey
Ingredients :
2 fillet mignons
1 c. red wine
1/2 c. beef broth
dash salt & pepper
1/4 c. arugula (chopped)
1 4 oz. can mushrooms
2 tbls. olive oil
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. corn starch
Directions :
To heated frying pan add oil.
Lightly brown meat on both sides. Add rest of ingred. Simmer
uncovered for 1 hr. Turn meat occassionally. Remove fillets
from pan and place on plate. To water add corn starch. Mix
througherly. Add to wine gravey. Stir until gravey thickens
Remove from pan and add gravey to gravey bowl.
Serves 2
