Marinated Flank Steak
Ingredients :
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. flank steak
Marinade :
1 c. corn oil
1 c. apple cider
1/2 c. onions (chopped) or dried minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbls. dried oregano
meat tenderizer (optional)
Directions :
Poke holes on both sides of the meat. Remove any excess
fat & discard. You can sprinkle meat tenderizer on both sides
of the meat (I choose not to). Let meat stand at room temp. in
any size marinating dish for 10 min. Remove meat from dish.
Add all marinade ingred. Mix well. Place meat back in dish
and marinate at least 2 1/2 hrs. Broil for approz. 20 min. or
grill on George Forman grill at 400 for 15-20 min. But the best
way to cook this is on an outdoor grill.
